Copy key

What it is

A button under the set-up key, for when you cannot scan the QR code.

What to enter

Click it, then paste the key into your authenticator app.

What it changes

For the dealer: The key is copied and Key copied shows. Keep it private.

For the home: Nothing. It does not reach any home.

In the app: Nothing.

If it goes wrong

• If the browser will not copy, Couldn't copy — select it and copy by hand shows and the key is left selected on the page: copy it with Ctrl+C (Cmd+C on a Mac). Key copied only shows when the copy worked.
