Revoke
Screen: Projects — pop-up Phones on this hub.
What it is
The Revoke button on a phone's row. It opens Revoke this phone, which names the phone and person.
What to enter
Click it. Type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app in the Authenticator code box. Then press Revoke in that pop-up.
What it changes
For the dealer: A message says the phone is revoked. A line is written to Deploy history: who, when, which phone.
For the home: LuxeLife writes a new signed setup for the hub without that phone. It is cut off at the hub's next check-in (within about a minute), at home and away.
In the app: That phone stops working for this house. To come back it must be approved at home again.
If it goes wrong
- That code is not right. Nothing was changed.: the code was wrong or too old. Type the new code from your authenticator app.
- Phones cannot be revoked yet: the database step has not been run. Nothing was changed.
- Could not reach LuxeLife — nothing was changed.: the internet or LuxeLife did not answer. Try again.
