Hub Tools (pop-up)

What it is

Gives you a one-time code for the hub's troubleshooting page, which the hub serves on the house Wi-Fi at port 9002. It shows the address, the code and a countdown.

What to enter

Nothing to type. Open the address on a laptop or tablet on the house Wi-Fi and type the code there.

What it changes

For the dealer: A new code is asked for every minute (or as the service says) while the pop-up is open; each code works once. It is issued to you for this house only.

For the home: Every opening and every action on Hub Tools is recorded on the house's Timeline under your name — whoever types the code acts as you.

In the app: Nothing.

If it goes wrong

• Could not reach LuxeLife. No code was issued.
• Hub Tools codes come from a LuxeLife service that has not been released yet.
• <error>. No code is shown.
• This hub has not reported its address yet.
