What it is

The gold button in the Activate a subscription pop-up. Its words follow the term you picked (Activate 1 year, Activate 3 years…). It adds that many paid years to the home’s licence. LuxeLife presses it after the dealer has paid. Only the LuxeLife admin sees this page; a dealer never sees it, and LuxeLife refuses anyone else.

What to enter

Pick the term first, then click it. It reads Activating… while it works.

What it changes

For the dealer: The licence’s subscription end moves forward by the chosen years, from the later of today and the current end. The dealer’s owners are sent an e-mail that the subscription was activated. The home leaves Needs a hand once it is no longer due.

For the home: The home’s subscription is paid until the new date. A home in a paid term or grace is offered feature releases (see Set fleet release).

In the app: Nothing changes on the home's phones.

If it goes wrong

• That licence is revoked — a revoked licence is not renewed here: a revoked licence cannot be renewed.
• The subscription changed underneath you — reload and retry: someone else changed it at the same moment. Press Refresh and try again.
• Not activated (HTTP …) — nothing changed or Could not reach LuxeLife — nothing changed.: nothing was added; try again.
