What it is

The text box Reason — sent to the dealer in the Reject pop-up. Example text: e.g. Please sign up with your company email address. It is hidden when the pop-up is for an approve.

What to enter

Why you are rejecting, in words the dealer will read. Up to 500 characters. Required.

What it changes

For the dealer: The dealer's owners get an e-mail with this reason exactly as typed.

For the home: Nothing. This does not reach any hub.

In the app: Nothing.

If it goes wrong

• Give a reason — the dealer is told exactly what you type.: the box was empty. Nothing was sent.
• If the e-mail fails, the reject still stands (LuxeLife logs the mail failure).
