Approve

Screen: Dealers (admin) · pop-up Approve / Reject <dealer>?.

What it is

The gold button at the bottom of the pop-up. It reads Approve for an approve and Reject for a reject. While it works it reads Approving… or Rejecting….

What to enter

Click it after filling Starter licences (approve) or Reason (reject).

What it changes

For the dealer: Approve: the dealer becomes Active with that many purchased licences; the approval time and your sign-in are recorded; the dealer's owners get an approved e-mail. Toast: Dealer approved · N licences purchased. Reject: the dealer becomes Rejected; the record and its people stay; the owners get a rejected e-mail with your reason. Toast: Dealer rejected. The Dealers list and the All homes page re-read.

For the home: Nothing. This does not reach any hub.

In the app: Nothing directly. An approved dealer's team can then sign in to the portal.

If it goes wrong

• Cannot move a <status> dealer to <status>: the dealer is no longer in a state that allows this (for example someone else already approved).
• The dealer changed underneath you — reload and retry: someone changed the row at the same moment.
• Dealer not found: the dealer is gone or is LuxeLife's own internal row.
• license_quota must be a whole number from 0 to 1000.
• The pop-up stays open with the button live again after any error.
