Activate

Screen: All homes (admin).

What it is

The Activate button on a Renewal due row in Needs a hand (the free year or the subscription ends soon). It opens the Activate a subscription pop-up for that home. It is shown only when the home has a licence. Only the LuxeLife admin sees this page; a dealer never sees it, and LuxeLife refuses anyone else.

What to enter

Click it, then pick the term in the pop-up.

What it changes

For the dealer: Nothing until Activate in the pop-up is pressed.

For the home: Nothing. It only changes what this page shows.

In the app: Nothing.

If it goes wrong

• No button on the row: the home has no licence, so it cannot be activated here.
