State count (Working, Not reporting, Update returned, …)

What it is

One of the six count buttons at the top of All homes: Not reporting, LuxeLife down, Storage, Update returned, Clock wrong, Working. Each shows how many homes are in that state. LuxeLife down, Storage and Clock wrong show — with the tip Not reported yet — needs the box’s host reporter (ADR-0047). Demo houses and retired hubs are not counted. Only the LuxeLife admin sees this page; a dealer never sees it, and LuxeLife refuses anyone else.

What to enter

Click a count to show only the homes in that state. Click it again to show all.

What it changes

For the dealer: Nothing. Only the LuxeLife admin sees this page; a dealer never sees it, and LuxeLife refuses anyone else.

For the home: Nothing. It only changes what this page shows.

In the app: Nothing.

If it goes wrong

• No home in this state.: the filter is on and no home matches. Click the count again.
• A — is not a zero: that state is not reported by any box yet.
