The TV asks Allow this device?
Where: Configurator → Room Devices → the room
- When you first connect an LG or Samsung TV, the TV shows a question.
- Take the TV's own remote.
- Press Allow.
- The configurator shows Connected.
**Problem:**The TV did not allow.Check: the TV is on. Then press Try again.
