Category (light row, review)

What it is

The Category list on a row in the Lights section of Review Discovered Devices. Choices: Light, Curtain, HVAC.

What to enter

Pick what the device really is. Change it when ETS filed it wrong, for example a curtain whose position looks like a dimmer.

What it changes

In the app: Nothing yet. Before Confirm Import, the review is only a list on this screen; nothing is in the project's rooms until you confirm.

In the house: Nothing yet. The hub only gets KNX devices that were confirmed into rooms, at the next Save & Deploy.

If it goes wrong

The addresses move slot for slot to the new kind. If an address has no place in the new kind, the change is refused and the address is named; clear it first. A curtain mapped from several devices must be split before its category changes.
