Save

What it is

The Save button in the top bar. The status beside the step name shows the result.

What to enter

Nothing to enter. It is a button you press.

What it changes

It saves the project to the cloud. The first save creates the project in the cloud and holds it for you. The status shows All changes saved · time IST. It warns about Crestron scenes with no join (they will not deploy). Saving does not reach the house or the app; only Save & Deploy does.

If it goes wrong

Out of date: the saved copy changed elsewhere; you are asked whether to load it. A name/client/city already used: change the name in step 1. Project too large (1 MB limit). Save failed (number): try again. If someone force-opened the project, you are told and your unsaved changes are not saved.
