Try again (Allow on the TV)

Screen: Room Devices (step 5 of 7) — TV & audio, an LG or Samsung TV.

What it is

Asks the TV again to allow LuxeLife, after The TV did not allow or The hub did not answer.

What to enter

1. Make sure the TV is on.
2. Press Try again.
3. When Press Allow on the TV now shows, press Allow on the TV with its own remote within 30 seconds.

What it changes

In the house: LuxeLife asks the hub, which asks the TV. When the TV allows, the hub keeps the key and the project notes it, so it is not asked again.

In the app: The TV controls in the app work once allowed.

If it goes wrong

• The hub did not answer. Is it online?: the hub gave no word in 90 seconds.
• The TV did not allow: nobody pressed Allow in 30 seconds, or the TV refused.
• not bound to a hub yet: bind the project first.
