In the house: Saved in the project at once. It reaches the house and the phones at the next Save & Deploy. Power off runs the steps in reverse without the waits.

In the app: The app shows progress through the steps while the room starts.

If it goes wrong

• Too short a wait: the next device may miss its command while the last one is still starting.
