Room (amplifier zone)

What it is

The — Select Room — list on each row of Zones → Rooms. One zone per room.

What to enter

The room this zone plays in. Picking a room moves it off any other zone; the room that was on this zone loses its amplifier.

What it changes

In the app: The room's amplifier controls (power, input, volume, mute) use this zone at the next Save & Deploy, once its joins are filled in Room Devices.

In the house: The zone and room are sent to the hub at the next Save & Deploy. A room without a permanent id is left out and a warning is logged.

If it goes wrong

Fill the room's joins under Room Devices, or the zone does nothing.
