Screen: Room Devices (step 5 of 7) — Curtains & blinds card, Name column.

What it is

The curtain's name in the configurator, for example Living Sheer Left.

What to enter

Type the name. It saves as you type. Keep it unique in the room.

What it changes

In the house: The curtain keeps its permanent number, so renaming does not break its links. At the next Save & Deploy the hub and the phone get the name.

In the app: The phone shows this name unless Shown on the phone as has its own name.

If it goes wrong

A warning under the row means two curtains get the same name. Rename one.
