✕ (hide the naming help)

What it is

The ✕ in the top-right corner of the naming help box on the KNX tab, Name it like this, and the import does the rest. The box sits above the file drop area.

What to enter

1. Press ✕ once you know the naming pattern.

What it changes

In the app: Nothing. The box is hidden for you — the person signed in — on this computer's browser, and the file drop area moves up. Anyone else who signs in on the same browser still sees the box. It comes back if the browser's saved site data is cleared, or in a private window.

In the house: Nothing.

If it goes wrong

If the box comes back each time, the browser is not keeping site data (a private window, or a setting that clears data on close).
