IR code box (Learn)

What it is

The box where you paste the code the Global Caché learned for one button.

What to enter

1. Point the remote at the Global Caché and press the button.
2. Paste the code it learned: a sendir,… line, or Pronto hex that starts 0000.
3. Press Keep code.

What it changes

In the house: Nothing is kept until Keep code, and then only in the open box until you press Done there. After Done it is saved; the hub gets it at the next Save & Deploy.

In the app: That button in the app sends this code.

If it goes wrong

• Keep code checks the code exactly as the hub does and says why it is refused: not a list of numbers, carrier outside 15–500 kHz, repeat outside 1–50, odd number of pulses, Pronto incomplete, or a Pronto code that is not a learned (0000) one.
