What it is

The Kind list of one gateway: Multi-unit or One AC.

What to enter

Multi-unit: one gateway for many ACs, each with a unit number. One AC: one gateway for one AC, no unit number.

What it changes

In the house: The hub is told which kind it is at Save & Deploy.

In the app: An AC on a Multi-unit gateway is listed in the app only when it has a unit number. On One AC, no number is needed.

If it goes wrong

• ... carries N ACs: a One AC gateway carries one AC. Move the others to another gateway first.
