What it is

How many speeds the fan has: 3 speeds or 4 speeds (plus Off).

What to enter

Pick the number of speeds the fan really has. For a digital Crestron fan this also sets how many speed joins are asked for.

What it changes

In the house: The project saves this by itself. At the next Save & Deploy the hub drives the fan with this many speeds.

In the app: The fan control on the AC tile shows this many speeds.

If it goes wrong

• Too many speeds: the top ones do nothing or repeat. Too few: the fan's top speed cannot be reached.
