Door phone IP

Screen: Room Devices (step 5 of 7) — the door phone box (opened from the Door phones card).

What it is

The door phone's address on the house network.

What to enter

Type the address, for example 192.168.1.60. Spaces at the ends are removed.

What it changes

In the house: Nothing changes until you press Done in the box and then Save & Deploy. Then the hub gets the door with its new value. The hub talks to the door phone at this address.

In the app: The phones never get the address. If a camera in the home has the same address, the app shows that camera with the door.

If it goes wrong

• Done with an empty address says Type the door phone's address. and does not save.
• A recorded certificate belongs to one address. Change the address and Secure says HTTPS · certificate not recorded until you record it again with Record now.
