IR key join

Screen: Room Devices — a TV HDMI port or amplifier input tile, and its IR box.

What it is

The join box beside each key in the IR box (Crestron), for example Power, OK, Ch +, 0 to 9 and the colour keys.

What to enter

The Crestron join that fires that key's IR. Empty for a key that is not used.

What it changes

In the house: Kept until Done. At the next Save & Deploy the app's key presses this join on the chosen processor, and the Crestron program sends the IR.

In the app: Keys with no join do nothing.

If it goes wrong

• A wrong join fires the wrong IR. Check the SIMPL program.
