What it is
Four boxes for the 4-digit code the Apple TV shows, under The code is up on the Apple TV — type it.
What to enter
- Type one digit per box. The cursor moves on by itself.
- Press Pair.
What it changes
In the house: The code is sent to the hub only when Pair is pressed. It is never shown back.
In the app: Nothing by itself.
If it goes wrong
- Type the 4 digits on the TV.: a box is empty or not a digit.
- Not seeing a code: turn the TV on and pick the Apple TV input.
