Change (PIN)

Screen: Users (step 2 of 7).

What it is

The Change link next to a PIN (••••). It is on each person's card and on the Guest card.

What to enter

Click Change, then type a new 4-digit PIN in the box.

What it changes

In the house: Clicking Change alone changes nothing. The old PIN stays until a new 4-digit PIN is typed and you Save & Deploy.

In the app: Same as the house: the old PIN still works in the app until the new one is deployed.

If it goes wrong

• If you click Change by mistake, leave the box empty. For a person, the old PIN stays. For the Guest, use Cancel — emptying the Guest box removes the guest.
• In view only, Change is not shown.
