Connects from outside home
Where: App → Settings → People → Open (admin) → Connect from outside home → switch on a person
What it is
Lets that person use the app away from home, or stops it. Guests never connect from outside, so their switch is off and locked.
Steps
- Press the person’s switch.
What it changes
The house keeps the choice. If the house refuses, the switch goes back.
If it goes wrong
If the switch flips back, the house said no — the page shows why.
