What it is

Shows how this phone reaches the home. A tap shows one line, such as Connected at home., Away from home — connected securely through LuxeLife. or Home unavailable — the hub isn't reachable right now.

Steps

1. Tap the mark to read the line.
2. Tap it again, or anywhere else, to close it.

What it changes

On this phone: Shows or hides the line.

In the home: Nothing. It does not reach the hub.

If it goes wrong

• Home unavailable: the app keeps trying every 5 seconds. Your home keeps working.
• Remote access is not part of this home's package: ask your integrator to add Away from home.
