Where: App → Room → Audio → Now playing (tap the player bar at the bottom) → large middle button
What it is
Plays or pauses the speaker.
Steps
- Tap the button.
What it changes
On this phone: The icon flips at once.
In the home: The speaker pauses if playing, otherwise plays (pause / toggle).
If it goes wrong
- If the phone is not connected, nothing is sent and the connection card shows.
- If the speaker does not follow, the icon returns when it reports.
