Where: App → Sign-in → Waiting for approval, the six boxes
What it is
Where the 6-digit approval code goes. Each new phone must be approved once by an admin of the home. The admins get the code by email.
Steps
- Ask a home admin for the code from the approval email.
- Type the 6 digits on the keypad, or tap the code your phone offers from the email, or paste it.
- At 6 digits the code is checked by itself.
What it changes
On this phone: Digits only, 6 at most. A pasted sentence such as 598897 is your LuxeLife code keeps just the 6 digits.
In the home: The code goes to the hub. If it is right, this phone is approved for this home.
If it goes wrong
- A wrong or old code is refused with a message under the boxes. Tap Request again for a new code.
