Request again
Where: App → Sign-in → Waiting for approval, under the code boxes
What it is
Asks for a new approval code. It shows when the earlier request can no longer be used.
Steps
- Tap Request again.
- Wait for the admins to get a new email.
- Enter the new code.
What it changes
On this phone: The boxes are cleared and the button greys out while the request goes.
In the home: A new approval request goes to the hub, which emails the home's admins.
If it goes wrong
- If the request fails, the screen says why and the button comes back.
